Berkness.com Web Support Programs:
(Rates as of 5.1.10, rates good until 7.30.10)

1. On Call, As Needed - $75/hour - minimum bill of $37.50 - billed daily, per incident

2. Prepaid Blocks of Time - prepaid, calculated to the nearest 15 minute increment per incident. Minimum 15 minutes per indecent.
$60 for 1 hour
$100 for 2 hours
$149 for 3 hours
$187 for 4 hours
$226 for 5 hours
$380 for 10 hours
$715 for 20 hours

3. Monthly Unlimited Updates - billed monthly, with a minimum of 3 months contract, excess hours billed at $50, calculated to the 10th of an hour, any unused hours are not carried forward.
$60/month - unlimited updates up to 1 hour of updates total
$100/month - unlimited updates up to 2 hours of updates total
$130/month - unlimited updates up to 3 hours of updates total
$154/month - unlimited updates up to 4 hours of updates total

4. Fully Managed Site - billed monthly, minimum of 6 months contract, Berkness.com manages all aspects of the website, content, upgrades, backups, etc. - $250 setup fee, plus first month's payment down.
Basic Package - $149/month - up to 5 page website, not to exceed 10 hours per month
Business Growth Package - $299/month - up to 30 page website, not to exceed 15 hours per month
Powered by Berkness.com - $499/month - up to 50 page website, not to exceed 20 hours per month
Berkness.com Elite Package - $999/month - up to 100 page website, not to exceed 50 hours per month

A La Carte: (all services are prepaid)

• Backup Service - $9.95/month - Backups Managed by Berkness.com Weekly, and stored in three locations ($99/year option)
• Site Upgrade Services -  $4.95/month - Manages new versions of Joomla, and Modules to maintain best security, and best performance ($54.95/year option)
• Real Time Site Analytics - built in Chat with any visitor - $9.95/ month, up to 2 users, includes advanced mapping features, email reports, and full statistics. ($99/year option)
• Berkness.com Self-Managed Site Training Course - $199 subscription for 6 months access to BASIC training videos. Additional $100 for 6 month subscription INTERMEDIATE training videos. (Coming Soon)
